Abstract
This report contains the Regulatory Guidelines and Legislative Proposals (Regulations) for Private Employment Agencies (PEAs) for the Republic of South Sudan. Developed with the technical support of the International Labour Organization (ILO) BRMM Programme, the document provides the specific legal framework and procedures required to regulate the recruitment industry in South Sudan. Its main objective is to establish a system for licensing, monitoring, and supervising PEAs to ensure they operate under the principles of fair recruitment and respect for the rights of migrant workers, thereby strengthening South Sudan's overall labour migration governance framework.
