Abstract
This guide for employers is intended to help members of the Viet Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and other businesses in Viet Nam to assess, identify and mitigate risks of forced labour in their company operations and supply chains. It was jointly developed and issued by the VCCI and the ILO to serve as a reference guide for company managers and staff responsible for human resources management and social and legal compliance issues in Vietnamese textile and garment enterprises. The guide for employers also includes a red flags checklist for compliance assessment. It is supplemented by a guide for trainers, which is designed to support its implementation.
