Examines and compares the various institutional arrangements for regulating migration that have been developed in Indonesia and the Philippines, referring to them generally as "migration infrastructure". The study sought to determine whether these have any impact on the relative conditions of employment of Filipino and Indonesian domestic workers in Hong Kong.
