Abstract
The recent COVID-19 pandemic triggered a revitalization of tripartite social dialogue, shaping the government’s response and leading to a key role for labour relations and collective bargaining between the social partners at both sectoral and enterprise levels in designing, adapting and implementing policy solutions.
