Abstract
Based on a gender analysis of 43 EIIPs implemented in 27 countries in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean and Latin America between 1995 and 2013. Designed primarily for use by ILO’s EIIP technical experts to facilitate the systematic mainstreaming of gender in all stages of the programme cycle.
