Abstract
This policy brief begins to analyze the current situation of Thai gig workers’ welfare. It then identifies the problems facing Thai platform workers in terms of employment status, social security, pay, and collective bargaining as well aschallenges for platforms. Finally, the policy brief provides recommendations on how to improve working conditions forThai gig workers.
