Abstract
The Guidelines on Cambodian legal provisions relating to retrenchment is designed to help factories confronting the current economic challenges to do so in line with applicable laws. Better Factories Cambodia took into account the comments/inputs from the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training in the development of these Guidelines. The guidelines will be a useful legal tool for the factories to check in which situation they can apply for any specific case at the enterprise.
