Abstract

social cohesion dispute settlement employers organization Kenya
This brief introduces two ILO tools—conflict driver and stakeholder maps—that support inclusive labour market planning and conflict-sensitive engagement in contexts of forced displacement. These tools help Employer and Business Membership Organizations (EBMOs) and other stakeholders identify the underlying causes of exclusion that prevent forcibly displaced persons from accessing decent work. The brief provides an overview of how the tools work and illustrates their practical application through an example from Kenya.
