Abstract
Follow-up country study of the 2003 ILO global report "Time for equality at work". Discusses the concept of equality at work as a basic human right and a basis for the promotion of Decent Work for All from a general perspective, followed by an outline of the visions and perceptions of the Philippine social partners and stakeholders. Discusses the equality focus on gender, older workers, youth, migrants, indigenous peoples, etc., and issues of legislative, administrative, facilitative and adjudicative interventions.
