Abstract
This Guide produced by the Bureaux for Employers’ Activities (ACT/EMP) of the ILO provides practical guidance for Employer and Business Membership Organizations (EBMOs) to help them design and implement specific services to support their members to increase productivity and sustainability. The guide also provides practical advice to EBMOs on how they can reinforce their representative role in order to promote public policies that seek to enhance productivity, which will in turn enhance competitiveness and result in the creation of more and better jobs.
