Abstract
This Case Study is part of the research conducted by the ILO’s Bureau for Employers’ Activities (ACT/EMP) for the development of the 2022 Regional Report “Where Are Employers’ Organizations on the Journey Toward Digitalization? A Look at Latin America.” The Council of Industrial Chambers of Jalisco (Mexico) developed a comprehensive tool to manage administrative, institutional, and strategic processes, driving its digital transformation. After six years of work, its customized modules and data intelligence features provide real-time visualizations and reports.
