Abstract
The data for this report was collected through on-site visits to the SMEs by an external evaluator. The report analyzes and summarizes the data collected on the SMEs and presents them in the form of best OSH practices and recommendations. The report covers SMEs involved in a wide variety of trades and crafts, from carpet weaving and soap making to baking and financial services. The report also looks at improvements in and changes to the OSH practices of the businesses after being trained by the ILO under the Road to Decent Jobs for All Afghans (R2DJ4All) Project. The assessment, therefore, also provides a before-and-after comparison, indicating the impact of the training on OSH in businesses.
