Abstract
Based on a 2026 survey of 111 EBMO representatives across 82 countries, the report highlights that AI use is widespread at the level of experimentation, but institutional adoption remains limited. The brief discusses key challenges such as data readiness, governance, and organizational capability, and notes that tangible benefits are already emerging for many organizations. It also explores the varying pace of adoption across regions and organization sizes, and emphasizes the need for practical support to move from experimentation to implementation. The findings underscore the importance of connecting AI adoption to organizational priorities and member value.
