The report has been commissioned by the ILO on behalf of Skills for Prosperity and has been framed to explore the programme’s efficacy, to identify how beneficiaries of the training may advance their business opportunities once ILO support finishes, and to provide insights for others who might wish to deliver similar local economic skills development courses.
