Abstract
This paper frames the first thematic session of the April 2025 Inter-regional Forum in Bangladesh. It explores the relevance of employment-intensive investment approaches across Asia and the Arab States, highlighting good practices, regional similarities and differences, and opportunities for South-South collaboration.
