Abstract
This chapter examines skills development and lifelong learning as a policy area that is relevant to promoting inclusive trade for decent work. They draw on the ILO’s country-level interventions under the Skills for Trade and Economic Diversification (STED) programme, highlighting its potential to help build resilience and foster sustainable development.
