Abstract
The Transition to Formality Programme (KİGEP) is implemented as part of the project on “Promoting Decent Work for Syrians under Temporary Protection and Turkish Citizens”. It also helps them develop and strengthen their skills and competencies. The project “Decent Work Opportunities for Refugees and Host Communities in Turkey” which is funded by the US Department of State, Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (USPRM), provides partial support to the Programme.
