Abstract
The study aims at understanding some of the disaster-related issues and location-specific, local dynamics that impact on the communities, village households, householder livelihoods and daily survival difficulties, which directly affects the well-being of their children and increase their vulnerability to child labour. The study has also attempted to understand how children, girls and boys, perceive, experience and respond to severe weather pattern changes and disasters. The aim of the study is to contribute to preventing and eliminating child labour and to reduce violence against children.
