Abstract
The study confirms some problems in accessing social security. From 111 non-wage earners who mostly are farmers, only one farmer with 2 permanent employees who have registered the employees to BPJS TK. There are many reasons for the respondents for not registering BPJS TK; the top response is that they have never heard BPJS TK and followed by the reason that they do not know how to register.
