Abstract
In 2018, the ILO Jakarta Office conducted a study on the labour demand in the ICT sector and predicted that employment in the ICT sector would increase in line with the digitalization of various industries. And given that the world of work and skills needs are rapidly changing and developing, in May 2020 the ILO Jakarta office organized another survey to identify skills needs and job opportunities in the ICT sector.
