Abstract
By hosting SST training of trainers (ToT) sessions for local services providers, piloting the SST and delivering it to some 600 supervisors in selected factories, the ILO-GIP brought in essential knowledge, skills and attitudes with the goal of contributing to the professional development of thousands of local supervisors needed to sustain the industry’s growth.
