Abstract
Today, current AI systems can execute many tasks that were once the sole domain of humans, including both routine and non-routine intellectual work. The increasing adoption of AI technologies within workplaces is altering the way individuals utilise cognitive, socio-emotional, and physical abilities to perform tasks across a broad range of occupations. This shift is reshaping the variety and depth of different skills that are expected from workers.
