Abstract
This publication provides annotated summaries of landmark Ukrainian court decisions that integrate international labour standards, particularly ILO Conventions, into national jurisprudence. Through cases addressing termination of employment, freedom of association, protection against forced labour, equality and non-discrimination, occupational safety and health, wage protection, and the rights of persons with disabilities, it illustrates how Ukrainian courts increasingly rely on ILO instruments to interpret domestic law and safeguard fundamental principles and rights at work. Serving as a practical resource for judges, legal practitioners, social partners, and policymakers, the compilation supports the ILO’s mission to promote decent work and strengthen the application of international labour standards within national legal systems.
